All About Guini

Guinivere is our wonderful Standard Australian Labradoodle from Seatle Labradoodles. From the moment she arrived we knew she was exactly what we wanted. She always wanted to be with us and please. She engaged everybody who came through our door. When caregivers come to look after puppies and dogs so we can go to put a puppy on a plane we always come home to a chorus about how much they loved the big one. Guini is the favorite.

Guini is an athlete. She loves to run and retrieve a ball. She likes swimming in the river and is nice to the dogs who are smaller than she is/

Guini has a silky, fleece non-shedding coat with a beautiful red sheen.

Lilyanna lives with us. In our doggie family we have two retired miniature poodles and Annabel the standard poodle who oversees the raising of the labradoodle puppies. We now are testing our Guinivere, our standard Australian Labradoodle puppy who is also part of our 'at home' family. Annabel and Lilyanna have taught Guini beautiful big puppy manners.

Lilyanna herself is very well mannered but there are occasions when she just is overwhelmed by the desire to jump straight up in the air and land on your knee. We have spoken to her about this as it is difficult to balance a cup of tea and a rather large Labradoodle mum.

Lilyanna is fortunate in that many of her puppy families have stayed in touch with us. You can find some of them on our family photograph page.

This is Haven with her Lilyanna's puppy, Emily. Haven and Emily love each other very much. Emily is from Lilyanna's very first litter of puppies.

Guini

Guini is a happy character who loveds kids. Actually, Guini loves anybody who will play with her. At the end of the day she likes to snuggle by the fire.

Guinivere is Seattle Labradoodle's Guinivere. She is registered with the International Australian Labradoodle Association and her number is ALAA-015684. She stands 22 inches at the shoulder and weighs 50 pounds. Her hips and elbows were tested at the Wyburn Clinic Australia and they are excellent.

Lilyanna

She was our first wonderful Australian Labradoodle. She came to us from Canadoodle Australian Labradoodles and is very proud of her Australian Labradoodle pedigree. Lilyanna's mother Tassi, was an amazing dog and she gave birth to the first litter of Australian Labradoodles in North America. Lilyanna was a puppy from Tassi's final litter before she retired.

Lilyanna has a curly fleece coat which is an excellent, non shedding coat and very allergy and asthma friendly. She is an almost perfect lady who is very affectionate and devoted to her friends and family. She is a good mother and enjoys her puppies right to the day they leave home.

Lilyanna has given us five wonderful litters of puppies. She will continue to live with us in her well earned retirement which will begin when this present litter of puppies are grown up.

Lilyanna was born Cannadoodle's Tassi's Audrey Hepburn. This is her registered name with the International Australian Labradoodle Association. Her registration number is ALAA-006527. Lilyanna stands 18 inches at the shoulder.

Her hips and elbows are good. She has been dna tested and was found free of all the commonly passed on genetic defects.

GEORGIA'S LITTLE LIZA JANE

Liza is our true, miniature Australian Labradoodle mother. She came to us from Canadoodle Australian Labradoodles.

Cara Lee had no thoughts of bringing a dog into her life but the two of them knew pretty quickly they were meant for each other. Although we did shed some tears we quickly realized Liza would thrive in a household where she was the only dog and could help Cara Lee in her job as Selkirk College Administrator.

In the spring of 2009 Liza Jane had her first litter of puppies with our own Aussi. We were thrilled with this multicoloured litter. Their temperaments were wonderful and they are all doing well in their new homes.

Liza Jane came to us from Karen and Tom MacKay at Cannadoodle Australian Labradoodles. She is a true, multigenerational miniature Labradoodle with the temperament and coat that breeders strive to produce. Liza is quick to play, is Ms. Personality but is content to quietly wait by her mum's side until the next round of fun. Liza is a dream dog.

Liza lived with us until she met her guardian mum, Cara Lee Malange.

Liza and her five puppies enjoyed their afternoons in the spring sunshine when they were old enough to go outside. At Over The Moon our mums nurse their puppies until they decide to wean them and that is a gradual process. The puppies then begin to learn one of the most important lessons of their life from mum, "No really means no and it doesn't matter how much I want something!"

Liza is registered with the International Australian Labradoodle Association as Georgia's Little Liza Jane. Her registration is ALAA 014968.

Liza is 17 inches at the shoulder. She has excellent hips and elbows.

Her dna testing resulted in no genetic health issues.

She has a silken wavy fleece coat.

Ruby

Ruby is a very happy, friendly, devoted and athletic girl. She is a large miniature Australian Labradoodle. Her puppies will most likely keep her size although we could have smaller puppies as daddy is under twenty pounds.

Ruby lives with her guardian mum and dad and Chloe the Australian Terrier in Trail, BC. There Ruby goes for long walks and watches the river run. Her mum, Suzette loves the water and Ruby enjoys the water. Ruby has a lovely litter this year. Her puppies will be ready for their homes in April.

Ruby is a daughter of our Suzette who took well deserved retirement after having given us nearly thirty lovely puppies.

Ruby was born Moon's Sundays With Cybelle. This is her name registered with the International Australian Labradoodle Associaton. Her registration number is ALAA 012767.
