Lilyanna lives with us and our two retired miniature poodles and Annabel the standard poodle who oversees the raising of the labradoodle puppies.

Lilyanna is well mannered but there are occasions when she just is overwhelmed by the desire to jump straight up in the air and land on your knee. We have spoken to her about this as it is difficult to balance a cup of tea and a rather large Labradoodle mum.

Lilyanna is fortunate in that many of her puppy families have stayed in touch with us.

This is Haven with her Lilyanna's puppy, Emily. Haven and Emily love each other very much. Emily is from Lilyanna's very first litter of puppies.

Lilyanna

Lilyanna was born Cannadoodle's Tassi's Audrey Hepburn. She was our first wonderful Australian Labradoodle. She came to us from Canadoodle Australian Labradoodles and is very proud of her Australian Labradoodle pedigree. Lilyanna's mother Tassi, was an amazing dog and she gave birth to the first litter of Australian Labradoodles in North America. Lilyanna was a puppy from Tassi's final litter before she retired.

Lilyanna has a curly fleece coat which is an excellent, non shedding coat and very allergy and asthma friendly. She is an almost perfect lady who is very affectionate and devoted to her friends and family. She is a good mother and enjoys her puppies right to the day they leave home.

Lilyanna has given us three wonderful litters of puppies. In the spring of 2010 we are hoping to have a Lilyanna daughter who is as fine a dog as her mum and can add more Lilyanna charm to our breeding program.

GEORGIA'S LITTLE LIZA JANE

Liza is our true, miniature Australian Labradoodle mother. She came to us from Canadoodle Australian Labradoodles.

Cara Lee had no thoughts of bringing a dog into her life but the two of them knew pretty quickly they were meant for each other. Although we did shed some tears we quickly realized Liza would thrive in a household where she was the only dog and could help Cara Lee in her job as Selkirk College Administrator.

In the spring of 2009 Liza Jane had her first litter of puppies with our own Aussi. We were thrilled with this multicoloured litter. Their temperaments were wonderful and they are all doing well in their new homes.

Liza Jane came to us from Karen and Tom MacKay at Cannadoodle Australian Labradoodles. She is a true, multigenerational miniature Labradoodle with the temperament and coat that breeders strive to produce. Liza is quick to play, is Ms. Personality but is content to quietly wait by her mum's side until the next round of fun. Liza is a dream dog.

Liza lived with us until she met her guardian mum, Cara Lee Malange.

Liza and Her Puppies

Liza and her five puppies enjoyed their afternoons in the spring sunshine when they were old enough to go outside. At Over The Moon our mums nurse their puppies until they decide to wean them and that is a gradual process. The puppies then begin to learn one of the most important lessons of their life from mum, "No really means no and it doesn't matter how much I want something!"
